Before Preparation: Users can cancel their order without incurring charges if the restaurant has not yet begun preparing the food.
After Preparation: Orders cannot be canceled once the restaurant has started preparing the food. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
Unavailability of Items: If the restaurant cannot fulfill the order.
Technical Issues: Errors or glitches in the app that affect the order.
Fraudulent Activity: Suspicion of unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
In these cases, users will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Eligible Refunds: Refunds will be processed for cancellations made before the restaurant begins preparation.
Refund Timeline: Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in the user’s account, depending on the payment provider.
