Eligibility for Refunds

 

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

 

Incorrect Order: If the delivered items differ significantly from what was ordered.

 

Damaged or Spoiled Food: If the food is delivered in an unsatisfactory condition, such as being damaged, spoiled, or unsafe for consumption.

 

Non-Delivery: If the order was not delivered due to issues within our control.

 

Late Delivery: If the order is delivered significantly later than the estimated time (subject to review).

 

Non-Eligible Refunds

 

Refunds will not be provided for:

 

Dissatisfaction with the taste of the food.

 

Minor delivery delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Incorrect orders resulting from user input errors (e.g., wrong delivery address or order details).

 

Cancellations made after the restaurant has started preparing the order.

 

Refund Request Process

 

To request a refund:

 

Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of the issue.

 

Provide the following details:

 

Order ID

 

Description of the issue

 

Supporting evidence, such as photos (if applicable).

 

Our team will review the request and respond within 2-3 business days.

 

Refund Methods

 

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the order.

 

Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

 

Partial Refunds

 

In some cases, partial refunds may be offered based on the nature of the issue (e.g., if only part of the order was incorrect).

 

Cancellations

 

Orders can only be canceled before the restaurant begins preparing the food.

 

If cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued.

 

No refunds will be granted for cancellations after the restaurant has started preparation.
