Users must ensure accurate delivery addresses to avoid errors.

In case of delivery disputes, users must contact us within 2 hours of the issue.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Ineligible refunds include dissatisfaction with taste or late delivery due to force majeure.

Refunds may take up to 4-7 business days to process.
